Digital case files
Nothing is shipped. Access appears on your account as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. If payment succeeded but the case has not opened, contact us with your order reference and we will fix it.
Physical evidence boxes
Boxes are packed and dispatched by hand, so they leave a little slower than a warehouse would send them.

Where we ship
We currently ship within India only. Orders are delivered to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it before paying — see the refund policy for what can be changed after an order is placed.
Shipping charges
Any delivery charge is shown before payment. Where no charge is shown, delivery is included in the price.
Tracking
Your order page shows the current status. Once a box is dispatched we mark it shipped and email the address on the order.
Failed and refused deliveries
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after our courier's attempts, we will contact you. Re-delivery may require a further shipping charge.
