Agreement
These terms are between you and Fusedlogic Innovations Pvt Ltd, Vartak Heights, Phoolpada Road, Virar East, 401305, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account and anything you have bought.
One account is for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer it. We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the service, spoil cases for others, or break these terms.
What you are buying
- A digital case file is a licence to access and play that case on your own account. It is not a transfer of ownership.
- A physical evidence box is a physical product, and includes access to the same case's digital file.
- We may add, change, reprice or retire cases at any time. A case you have already bought stays available on your account, except where we are forced to withdraw it for legal reasons.
How you may use a case
You may play a case yourself and with people in the room with you. You may not:
- copy, resell, rent out or redistribute case materials, in whole or in part;
- publish solutions, walkthroughs or the contents of the evidence locker where they would spoil the case for others;
- use case content commercially — including at ticketed or paid events — without our written permission;
- attempt to reach case solutions other than by solving the case.
Intellectual property
All case writing, artwork, evidence documents, puzzles and the Jasoos name and marks belong to us or our licensors. Buying a case does not give you any right in them beyond playing it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through Razorpay.
Your order is only confirmed once payment succeeds. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.
Cancellation and refunds
Purchases are final. Read the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy — it forms part of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or to protect the service and its players.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Virar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place an order.
